Carnetejas Is dedicated to bringing locally and naturally raised beef, hog and chicken to the Abilene area. Our meat is free ranged humanly raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
Our beef is grain finished on the ranch with non-gmo grains.
The beef is then butchered in a FDA approved facility , aged over 20 days and vacuum packaged then deep frozen. Our pork and chicken is also free ranged , no antibiotics, hormones or gmo feeds comes vacuum packed frozen.
We offer home or business curbside delivery for convenience and safety. Place your orders by Wednesday and we deliver on Thursday in time for the weekend.
